By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. 3.5 Account Currency. All accounts on gstar28 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. gstar28 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. gstar28 does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
4.2 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. gstar28 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform, subject to completion of identity verification. gstar28 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the gstar28 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. gstar28 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to the player's account balance in certain circumstances, including where a withdrawal request is made while a bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. gstar28 complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities. gstar28 reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation of any suspected money laundering activity.
5.1 General. gstar28 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published on the Platform at the time the promotion is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. 5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. gstar28 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by players who have commenced participation in the relevant promotion.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the gstar28 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All game outcomes on gstar28 are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified for fairness. gstar28 does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.3 Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction or system error, gstar28 reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds. gstar28 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

10.1 Platform Availability. gstar28 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond gstar28's control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gstar28 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, gstar28's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gstar28 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Force Majeure. gstar28 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.
11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your gstar28 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification.
11.2 Termination by gstar28. gstar28 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for cause, gstar28 reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, including both real-money and bonus funds, where such termination results from a breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
12.2 Regulatory Oversight. gstar28 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have exhausted gstar28's internal dispute resolution process may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with its published procedures.
12.3 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact gstar28's support team and allow a reasonable period of not less than 30 days for gstar28 to attempt to resolve the matter informally.
12.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to the foregoing, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through informal means or regulatory escalation.
gstar28 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, gstar28 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.1.
